Yes, limits vary by site type. Standard RV sites allow 1 RV and up to 6 people.

Day visitors must register at the office and depart by 10pm. Additional fees may apply for visitors.
For emergencies, call our after-hours number (provided upon check-in).
CHECK-IN check-ins between 1pm-6pm. Late check-ins accepted between 6pm-10pm. For late Check ins, please call our Community Manager at (978)-895-7764.
CHECK-OUT by 11am. Inquire at the office for Late Checkout availability.
REGISTRATION - All guests and visitors must be registered at the office. Vehicles must have a valid pass visible at all times. There is a $10.00 daily charge for visitors over 3 years of age.
GATE CARDS - The entry gate is open when the store is open. You have the option of putting a $20.00 cash deposit down on a gate card. The gate card provides access to the campground 24/7.
PETS - Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets and present updated vaccination records. Pets must be on a leash at all times. You must pick up after your pet. No pets allowed in the rental units, pool area or at large events.
TRAVEL WITHIN PARK - Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the park. No gas powered scooters or gas golf carts allowed. Walking, biking, driving or parking through/on other's camp sites is prohibited. Please use roadways, access paths and public parking. Be respectful of other camper's privacy. Please do not park on the sides of the road or obstruct traffic.
EMERGENCY - Dial 911. Know your site number & the address below. Call (978) 895-7764 or (978) 895-6141 to have staff meet the emergency crew at the gate.
CURFEW - Children under 18 must be on their site by 10 pm or must be accompanied by a parent, this includes travel to and from the restrooms. Children are not allowed to tent without an adult.
POOLS - Swim suits must be worn. No diapers. No glass containers or alcohol within the pool. No food inside the pool area. No smoking within the pool area. No pets in or around the pool area (including grass area outside of fence). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult within the pool fence. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Obey all postings at the pool.
TRASH -Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters located near the park entrance. Keep your site clean and avoid leaving bagged trash behind.
FIRE - Fires are only permitted in the existing pits on the site. Never leave a fire burning unattended. Fires ash and cinders should be contained within the pit. No wood is to be brought onto the property without consent from management. Absolutely no nails, metal or glass is to be burned in or around pits. Fires are to be fully extinguished by midnight.
QUIET TIME - is from 11 pm to 8 am. All radios and music players should be completely off between these hours. Golf carts should be parked back at sites no later than midnight.
CONDUCT - Obscene language, disorderly conduct, possessing / selling / using illegal drugs will not be tolerated. Firearms are not allowed on the premises. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
TREES - Do not tie ropes or strings to trees. No defacing, cutting or driving nails or screws into trees. No hammocks in trees unless with 2-inch straps (no ropes). Leave nature in better condition than when you arrived.
CANCELLATIONS - A deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% of the reservation amount will be collected 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations Made 14+ Days Before Arrival: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of Arrival: The entire deposit will be forfeited.
Holiday Reservations: Non-Refundable: Deposits for reservations on holidays or holiday weekends are non-refundable under any circumstances.
No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date will result in cancellation of your reservation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

We're located at 85 Royalston Rd, Phillipston, MA 01331, at the start of the scenic Mohawk Trail.
Yes, we are pet-friendly! Pets must be registered at check-in and accompanied by valid vaccination records.
We offer seasonal RV sites, short-term RV sites, tent sites, cozy cabins, and a fully equipped park model for your stay.
Our camping season starts on May 1st and ends on October 15th.
We offer numerous activities including basketball, volleyball, bocce, horseshoe pits, frisbee golf, playground, and an remote car track park. (We also provide canoe and kayak rentals ($5/hour).
Regular stays: Basic identification Extended stays (30+ days): Valid government-issued ID, current RV/trailer insurance, and golf cart insurance (if applicable).
You can pay with a debit card or credit card.
