RATES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A Minimum of 2 nights deposit is required when making a reservation

50% deposit is due on any reservation of 4 plus nights. In the event of a cancellation, 50% will be forfeited on any reservation over 4 plus days. One night will be forfeited on a 2-3 night reservation.

We do not have a zoo, but are closely located to the Red Apple Farm which does have its own animals for

petting / feeding.

In the event of a cancellation 14 days prior to reservation, all deposits will be forfeited.

When reserving a site on a holiday weekend, all reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.

In the event of a cancellation for holiday weekends, all of the deposit will be forfeited.

No refunds for reservations made the season prior on any holidays or weekends for the following year.

AGE:

Must be 21 years of age to reserve a site.

BASIC RATES INCLUDE:

2 Adults & 4 children (under 18) *** or *** 3 adults.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:

 $15 (not available for rentals) call store for availability

HOLIDAY WEEKEND STAY:

Minimum 3 nights stay

VISITORS:

No visitors allowed at this time

CREDIT CARDS: 

Mastercard, visa and discover (an atm machine is available at our store)

SEASONAL PERIOD:

5/15 thru 10/15 - seasonal storage 10/15 thru 5/15 included

GROUP & SAFARI RATES:

Please call for 10+ group rates

RECREATION HALLS:

Available for your functions - please reserve in advance

WATER CONSERVATION:

No vehicle/trailer washing on property at any time

DRUGS & ALCOHOL:

No open use of marijuana. No operating vehicles while under the influence.

MANAGEMENT:

All rules shall be followed and explained to guests. reservations can be terminated at any time for ignoring rules and regulations, or by management's discretion.
