Terms and Conditions:

A minimum of 2 nights deposit is required when making a reservation.  When reserving a site with a credit card, 2 nights stay will be charged to the credit card as a deposit.  In the event of a cancellation, $5.00 will be forfeited if site is cancelled 2 weeks in advance.  After 14 days prior to the reservation all deposits will be forfeited. 
When reserving a site on a holiday weekend, all reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.  In the event of a cancellation, all of the deposit will be forfeited. Must be over 21 to reserve site.

Basic Rates Includes: Husband, Wife, & 4 Children (under 18)

Holiday weekend stay: Minimum 3 nights stay

Visitor Fee: $6.00 Per Person, $3.00 refunded if you leave by store closing (No pets allowed in with visitors)

Holiday Weekend Visitor Fee:  $10.00 per person, $5.00 refunded if you leave by store closing

Discounts Honored:  AAA Coachman and NAFCA - No discounts offered on holiday weekends, weekly, monthly, seasonally rates or when paying with credit cards.

Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  (An ATM machine is available at our store)

Seasonal Period: 5/15 thru 10/15 - Seasonal storage 10/15 thru 5/15 included

Off Season: 10/10 thru 5/10, a 10% discount

Recreation Hall is available for your functions –Please reserve in advance.
